Aimee Mullins, whose legs were amputated below the knees due to a rare medical condition, is famous all over the world as an extraordinary fashion model, actress and Olympic athlete.
With a pair of prosthetic legs, she has appeared in many important events and ad campaigns.
From 1998 to 2011, the 35-year-old achieved much success, including modeling for British fashion designer Alexander McQueen, being named one of the fifty most beautiful people in the world by People Magazine, covering the Dazed & Confused Magazine and becoming part of the L’Oreal fashion beauty team along with Jennifer Lopez and Gwen Stefani.
Besides, Mullins set world records in running the 100-meter, 200-meter dash and the long jump at the Paralympics.
