In 2009, Hollywood superstar Jennifer Aniston marked her 40th birthday by moving into the huge Beverly Hills mansion, which she purchased for $13.5 million and spent years renovating as well as creating a luxury hideaway with millions of dollars. However, after recognizing that the accommodation was too much for a single woman, the actress now decides to sell it at the price of $42 million.
According to some newly released photos advertising the property, the mansion consists of five bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, a Koi pond running through the entrance hall, a swimming pool with a cabana, a game room, a Japanese spa, a powder room and an office. Besides, it offers stunning city views.
