How to Make My Own Natural & Organic Beauty

Keep from spending an extravagant amount of money on beauty products by making your own beauty serum at home. At the local health food store, you can purchase six bottles of essential oils and make a serum that will last for a long time. Keep re-using the essential oils to make the serum when your supply runs low, and you will be surprised how much money you can save.

Things You’ll Need:

  • 3 tablespoons jojoba oil
  • 1 tablespoon grapeseed oiljoj
  • 5 drops lavender essential oil
  • 3 drops Roman chamomile essential oil
  • 2 drops bergamot essential oil
  • 1 drop rose essential oil
1
Measure out the lavender, Roman chamomile, bergamot, and rose essential oils into one bottle and let the serum sit for two days.
2
Shake the bottle of essential oils gently from time to time for the next two days to allow the oils to combine.
3
Add the jojoba and grapeseed oils to the bottle you plan on using to store your beauty serum. A dropper bottle is a good idea, as you will not need to apply very much of the oil to your face.
4
Shake the bottle containing the jojoba and grapeseed oils. Make sure to shake gently.
5
Combine the essential oil blend by pouring it into the jojoba and grapeseed oil mixture. Shake gently.
