Meanwhile, Justin Bieber is scheduled to undergo a DNA test upon his Stateside return next week after he is told to be the father of a three-month-old baby boy. Moreover, 20-year-old Maria Yeater claimed that Justin Bieber went from 'cute and gushy to aggressive' during 30 seconds of unprotected sex in a VIP bathroom at the Staples Center in LA after a concert in October 2010. And Bieber will likely file a lawsuit against Yeater and her legal team for what his reply called "malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims." However, Yeater insisted that she has evidences to prove what she told are true: "I have provided evidence to my attorneys and it will show in court to prove that my allegations are true.”
