Daniel Craig was spotted joining Rooney Mara at the world premier of their new film “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo,” which kicks off a long string of promotions for the film. Stars Rooney Mara and Daniel Craig were presented at the Odeon Leicester Square in London, England on Monday, December 12, 2011 to greet fans and press prior to the premier of the film that was claimed one of the most anticipated films of the season. The movie premier also features other stars, including Peaches Geldof, Megan Everett, Stellen Skarsgard, Elodie Yung, Geraldine James and Joely Richardson and so on.
Starring “007” actor Daniel Craig, the movie “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo” is based on an award-winning crime novel by Swedish crime-writer Stieg Larsson, which has sold more than 60 million copies worldwide. The film focuses on Craig’s character, investigative journalist Mikael Blomkvist, who tries to find a girl named Lisbeth Salander (stared by Rooney Mara) missing for 40 years and is thought to have been murdered by a serial killer.
Rooney Mara takes the role of a dark and disturbed young female computer hacker, who wears black, is covered in tattoos and piercings and is extremely introverted. However, the actress looked totally different to her character in the movie as she attended the UK premier of “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.”
